Telemetry data from 12 hour light and 12 hour dark periods were obtained from 33 PAR₂ +/+ and 21 PAR₂ -/- mice. Hemodynamic data were matched to locomotor activity status. Values are mean ± standard error of means. P values determined by multiple comparisons testing between strains during light and dark periods using 2 way ANOVA and Bonferroni post-hoc. *, P < 0.05; **, P < 0.01; ***, P < 0.001.
